They are involved in almost eveything we do throughout the day, not to mention all the stress they endure during workouts; both weighted and calisthenic workouts. Even if you don’t think you have any wrist issues, practicing the wrist mobility movements in this video will help you dramatically with your movement practice, and can prevent future injuries.
