Our first Yoga Class is going down tomorrow morning from 9:30AM-10:30AM! I’m super excited to have Emily teach and I’ll for sure be there getting my Yogi on. Classes are $20 for drop-ins or $15 per class when you buy a pack of 4 or more! I’ll see y’all in the morning!
TIP: If you plan on sleeping in till an hour before class or less, still make sure you eat something healthy before you get to class and drink at least a glass of water. A serving or two of fruit is perfect for a pre-workout snack. If you’re a bigger guy like myself who eats more than the average guy, add in an egg or a couple slices of bacon.
