Saturday Calisthenics Classes are back on starting tomorrow at 10AM!!! Eric, the newest member of our Personal Training Team, will be teaching the class! Classes are $20 per class for drop-ins or $15/class when you buy a pack of 4 or more! Classes will be going down every Saturday from 10AM-11AM from now on. I hope to see everybody ready to get Moving tomorrow morning. I’m excited to have Eric bring his own style of movement and teaching to class!
