How often do you exercise your mindset? We use our minds constantly everyday with all the tasks we have to do and things we CANNOT forget. But most of us never take the time to exercise our mindset, our perception, how we view the world.

It’s easy to have a negative outlook, there’s negativity around us constantly. But you can remain happy in the face of all of it, if you work on your mindset. I do this daily by listening to motivational speakers, talks on goal setting, or some other type of positive audio. One of my favorite people to listen to is Jim Rohn. He passed away a few years back but we can still take advantage of the knowledge he shared with us today.
