The average person gains 7-11lbs during the Holidays!!! Don’t let a few days of hearty eating set you back a couple months of training! When you’re filling up your plate for the Thanksgiving Feast, leave enough room on your plate to COVER it with veggies. I know it’s hard to resist Mom’s famous Green Bean Casserole, and I’m not asking you too. A couple sides that might not be the healthiest is ok during the holidays! But make sure you fill up on veggies, not treats! Get a small amount of each of the less healthy options, then cover them with vegetables! That way you have to go through the veggies first, and you’ll fill up faster on healthier food!
