Get a great workout in a private 1 on 1 setting. Your workout is guaranteed to NEVER be the same. Your personal needs and goals will be assessed and implemented into your workouts. There is no one size fits all in health and fitness. Every workout is about you and getting results!

Online Coaching

Not within driving distance? No worries, send in an email and get started with online coaching. Most of the coaching is done via facetime/skype. What do you get? Detailed programming, nutritional counseling and an open channel to me for any additional questions or concerns. You will still get the attention and guidance you need, no matter the distance!

Buddy Training

Team up with a friend who has similar fitness goals and have fun getting in shape together! The road to health is always much easier when you have friends walking the path with you. Your individual needs and goals will still be met in a group setting.

Yoga

Yoga is a great way to give the body a great workout, increase flexibility and range of motion, along with relaxing and calming the mind. Come move with one of our highly Qualified Yoga Instructors and join our Saturday Morning Yoga Class from 9:30 am to 10:30 am!

Nutrition

There is a lot of different information out there when it comes to food. Just like your workouts, your diet needs to fit you and your lifestyle. However, it is possible to eat healthy, even with the busiest schedule. The first question you should ask is how did my ancestors eat? Food has changed more in the past 100 years than human beings have in the past 5000. We need to get you eating real food again, the way Mother Nature intended. Your body is programmed to eat a certain way, we just need to find out what that is.
