Wishing you and your family a fun and safe 4th of July! Just don’t let a holiday be an excuse to have a “cheat day.” Find some time to get in a workout in the morning before all the fun and festivities begin, and stick to only allowing yourself 1 cheat meal. There is a major difference between a day with one bad meal and a workout, and a day with no workout and multiple cheat meals. Don’t set yourself back by over-indulging this year and don’t be like this guy in the picture below!!!!!!!! Stay consistent with your daily workout, and stay disciplined by sticking to just 1 cheat meal. Or even better, zero cheat meals.
