This is the most inspiring thing I can ever remember seeing. This is Steve, he’s a body builder, and he has Cerebral Palsy. I’ve been trying to imagine the amount of work and determination it took him to get to this level of fitness. Every meal he cooked, every time he ate, every time he had to reach for a weight, every time he has to do anything really; he has to do it with 100% effort because he can’t completely control of his bodies movements. It’s mind blowing that he got this muscular. Just watching how much effort he puts into this video to just flex is insane. Please click and watch this video, it’ll change your day for sure.
Here’s one of the videos from the Dallasthenics Movement Videoshoot I got to be apart of a few weeks ago. The whole experience was a great representation of what exercise is meant to be. It’s meant to be fun. Its meant to be done with other people, and actually communicating with those people! Making new friends, learning new movements, having new experiences. Never stop playing, and you’ll never feel old.
